Controversias entre la anestesia raquídea y epidural en la reparación de hernias inguinales y femorales, una revisión sistemática de la literatura pacientes, influenciado por decisiones autónomas, basadas en la experiencia y acceso Keyword a recursos, por lo cual la evaluación de los desenlaces postoperatorios será de vital importancia para la toma de decisiones; en cuanto al tipo de anestesia, y la técnica quirúrgica, teniendo en cuenta indicaciones y contraindicaciones de cada una de ellas.
Esta revisión sistemática tiene como objetivo evaluar los resultados de la anestesia epidural y raquídea en las técnicas de herniorrafía abierta, Lichtenstein, y laparoscópica, incluyendo las técnicas totalmente extraperitoneal (TEP) y transabdominal preperitoneal (TAPP),
con el fin de mejorar los resultados para los pacientes.
