Abstract

There is a lot of written information about difficult airways. And a lot of researche has
been done about different ways for a correct approach to this topic. This takes relevance
nowadays with SARS CoV2 pandemic and its implications in patient and health care
personnel.
Considering physiological basis and the critical condition for each patient is relevant at
the time of assuming the management of the difficult airway.
In this paper, we will be exposed the clear, summarized, and most compiled information
from different scientific articles, published in index journals. Definitions, classifications,
the use of advanced medical devices, and imagenological aids with corresponding
protocols for adult patients in COVID 19 pandemic. As well as the different predictor
scales and personal risk factors related to obesity and neck pathologies.
