Abstract

The current pandemic triggered by Covid 19 has generated a great impact among the
community in general, not only because of the number of deaths that underlie it, but
also because of the different systemic manifestations of the injury caused by the virus
in the body. In this way, associated dermatological manifestations have been defined as
acral lesions, vesicular rashes, urticarial eruptions, maculopapular rashes, and livedoid
/ necrotic lesions.
However, this classification is likely to change in the future. Of course, they also add a
host of variants of the inflammatory process, of the vascular or systemic complications
of the disease or even of the treatments administered. Knowledge of the cutaneous
manifestations can allow an early diagnosis or even serve as a prognostic marker.
